At Utopia Collectibles, we specialize in high-quality Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collectibles. We are committed to ensuring your items are handled with the same care we would give our own collection. Please read our updated shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Calculated Shipping: All shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order via Canada Post. This ensures you pay the most accurate and fair rate available.
  • Processing Time: We treat every card as a potential grading candidate. Orders are processed with the utmost care within 1–3 business days. To ensure your items arrive in the exact condition described, we use premium packaging materials (such as top-loaders, cardboard reinforcements, and bubble mailers).
  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by service selected (e.g., Expedited, Xpresspost, or Tracked Packet) and your location. Typical delivery windows range from 2 to 10 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery. Utopia Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is scanned and marked as “Delivered” by Canada Post or USPS, Utopia Collectibles is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
  • Shipping Insurance: For high-value Pokémon singles or sealed products, we highly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes full insurance coverage.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend monitoring your shipment through the Canada Post Tracking Tool. If you experience issues during transit, please contact the carrier directly as they will have the most current information regarding your parcel’s location.

Pre-Order Policy

If your order includes a Pre-Order item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
